Just wanted to share a quick, easy and delicious recipe with you. (When something is quick, easy and delicious you know it's a keeper.)
A big thank you to my friend, Laura, for posting it on facebook a few weeks ago. I've made it twice since then and we've thoroughly enjoyed it. The one time I served it we had dinner guests and they also commented on how much they liked it so I'm confident that it's good enough to share.
